We’re a VIP Vintage Bus Company unlike anything Nashville has ever seen!

Not just another “party bus”, we focus on a curated luxury experience with a one of a kind bus that is steeped in nostalgic vibes from decades ago!

You can still celebrate with us with soft seating, stocked fridges, and bumping music in a unique setting!

What is vintage luxury?

Experiencing Nashville in a vintage custom coach that was the prime of luxury during the 60s & 70s. MAC II and Frosty were originally used by McDonald’s and Wendy’s to schmooze clients and win their business, similar to having a suite at Bridgestone Arena or Nissan Stadium nowadays!

What’s included in my rental?

Soft seating for up to 20 people, bluetooth enabled audio system, kitchen and bar area (with ice chest, refrigerator, microwave*, sink), private bathroom, bunk beds*, old school tv, and an amazing driver with decades of experience, of course! If you are booking for a special event or package, please contact us to learn about the additional goodies!.

Where do you pick us up?

For most rentals, we will pick you up at one designated location for you and all of your guests. Because of time limitations, we may not be able to make multiple stops to pick up your squad. Please tell us at booking where you want to be picked up!

We reserve the right to change pick up locations at our discretion due to events, weather, or traffic that is out of our control. We will notify you if we need to change.

How long is the bus rental?

Our minimum is 4 hours and max is full day. Contact us for rentals less than 3 hours and special event packages!

How many people fit on the bus?

20 plus our awesome bus driver. You will need to provide an final head count at least 24 hours in advance.

How far can you drive us?

As far as you can dream! Just kidding. Even though our buses are regularly serviced and maintained, we want to keep them running for many years! Traveling more than 50 miles outside of Nashville is our limit right now, unless we have a special package. Contact us with your destination at booking!

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes, of course! We have fridges on all buses!

Who can ride the bus?

Anyone and everyone! We welcome all ages and families. We love to party, but we’re not a party bus!

Can I smoke on the bus?

Smoking and vaping are NOT allowed on our buses. You will incur an additional charge.

How big is the refrigerator?

The same size as the mini fridge in your dorm room back in the day. You can fit a couple of 12 packs and non alcoholic drinks.

Do you have bathrooms on the bus?

Our executive coaches all have a private bathrooms located towards the back.

What is in the kitchenette?

A mini fridge, microwave*, sink, counter area, cupboards, and ice chest.

Can I bring decorations?

Yes, we encourage it! Everyone loves a good celebration! All decorations need approval prior to rental date. You may only use translucent single sided tape (similar to scotch & 3M brands) or masking tape. Any excessive cleanup or damage to the interior will incur an additional charge to your card on file.

What are your fees and cancellation policy?

50% of the booking fee (to reserve a bus) is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. If concealed less than 30 days prior to your event, the total booking price will be deemed non-refundable.

What if my group is running late?

You must call us asap. We want you to roll with us and have a great time, so we’ll do our best to communicate with you as well. However, we reserve the right to cancel after 30 minutes if we don’t hear from you!

What are your rental prices?

Our rentals start at $999 for 4 hours, $1,299 for 6 hours, $1,599 for 8 hours, and $2,299 for 12 hours/full day. We have special event packages available. Call for details! Prices do not include taxes, processing fees, and driver tips.

Is this a party bus?

We love to party and celebrate all occasions, but we’re not a party bus! We pride ourselves on creating a curated experience in style, comfort, and air conditioning!

Is a bartender included?

We do not provide a bartender. We cannot, by law, supply alcohol to/for clients. Guests must provide their own alcohol.

How early should we arrive at the pick-up location?

We strongly suggest you arrive 30 minutes in advance so we can be wheels up on time.

How much do you charge for additional hours?

Starting and ending times must be enforced. If additional time is requested, and that time is available, the fee is $175 per hour.

What other fees do you charge?

Chartering party is responsible for all parking fees, permits, and tolls.

I lost something on the bus.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles during the ride or articles left after the ride has ended.
